Release Notes for JAMS V4.8.87

This release includes:

Addresses an issue where the completion of a simple setup did not satisfy setup dependencies, only job dependencies.
A simple setup did not show dependencies in the Monitor tab.
Evaluating special dates included the time in the evaluation which could prevent setup job schedules from working properly.
The Monitor view could fail or display just a red X.
