%3cp%3eRegarding the %22PSExecutionPolicyPreference%22 and %22ErrorActionPreference%22 parameters%2c these were added to all of the PowerShell execution methods but%2c only on a new install.  We don%27t change existing installations. %3c/p%3e
%3cp%3eThe PSExecutionPolicyPreference sets the execution policy for the job%2c this will eliminate the issue of having to do a Set-ExecutionPolicy before PowerShell jobs will work.  The ErrorActionPreference is set to %22Stop%22 so that PowerShell jobs fail if they hit an error.  %3c/p%3e
